Today my family cooked a vegetable snack - envelopes of radish. We were happy to share with You the recipe!

Cooking
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and garlic into small and pepper, add few salt, add mayonnaise.
Finely chop the greens and add carrots, radish thinly cut into rings (I rubbed on a grater About VI), to prisolit to let the juice.
From radish to merge the separated juice and stab each other with skewers. Stuff envelopes carrots.
Garnish with greens or according to your taste.
