Separate the leaves and cut very fine not.
With tomato remove the peel.
And cut into cubes.
Cucumber also diced
Onion finely
Basil finely
Cheese cubes
All mix well. Add salt,sugar,herbs,wine,water and vinegar(you can also mix in a separate bowl and then add to the salad). And in the end pour oil on:) all mix:) Salutes ready:) nice absorption:)
