Rinse lettuce in cold water and dry.
Sauce: vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, cream, sugar, herbs (if dried)....
...mix well until smooth,
tomatoes cut into slices, onion - thin rings, celery slices, put in a salad bowl, add lettuce, torn, pour the sauce, stir and serve immediately. BON APPETIT!
