Cooking
Veal boil until tender in salted water, remove and cut into small pieces Carrots to grate on cucumbers, onions finely chop. Saute until tender the carrots and onions in vegetable oil (you can use a little water). Boil potatoes, peel and grate. Eggs boil and grate on a grater. Fresh cucumber with the skins grate.
