This salad I found in bookmarks on memori. Decided to cook for the holiday. In principle make a pretty good salad.

And so: the fillet cut like fine cheese to RUB on a grater, pomegranate peel. Cheese and meat mix. Mayonnaise mix with sour cream in a ratio of 1:1
Take a salad bowl and spread a layer of chicken with cheese (a layer to do not very high), top coat with mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream (even more than pictured).
Then a layer of pomegranate seeds (they are striking).
Again a layer of chicken and cheese. Layers can be done at will, but to start and finish have chicken-cheese layer. The top of the salad well to coat with mayonnaise-sour cream mixture and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
