Beat the eggs with the sugar until the volume increases two times (to a white, thick foam). Then, without stopping to whisk, gradually pour in the cream, add the slaked soda and flour until a homogeneous mass. The dough resembles thick cream.
I have this kind of shape. Grease it with vegetable oil, pour batter, bake on gas on both sides.
I have here what happened, 10 of these forms. Optionally can be filled with cream or melted chocolate, you get "Barney". All a pleasant appetite!
