Cooking
Mix in a saucepan the water, sugar and cocoa. Heat until complete dissolution of the ingredients, allow to cool to room temperature
Add vodka and vanilla (if vanilla is a part of cocoa, not add). Pour it in the jar and close tightly. To insist in a dark place for 7-10 days. A daily shake.
To filter, pour in bottle, add condensed milk, stir. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Shake before use. Store in the refrigerator up to 45 days.
