Cooking
A glass of cream add 1 teaspoon soda, quenched with vinegar. Put 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of starch with 100 ml milk.
Put in a water bath and whip.
Continue to simmer the mixture, stirring, until thick. Cool.
Bananas cut into. Put in a bowl along with cookies.. Pour in the cream, or rather half of it. Just want to warn you: each is served in a separate bowl. I made in a big pot because of the inscription...
A second layer...
Before serving, decorate according to your taste.
And put into the refrigerator for 3 hours until firm.
