Wonderful, melt in your mouth cupcake. I love cupcakes and have tried many recipes, but this, invariably, is the best in my collection.
Ingredients

Margarine

Vegetable oil

Sugar

Cooking
In a bowl put the softened butter.
Add the vegetable oil and sugar.
The edge of a spoon to cut this mass, until a homogeneous crumbs.
Add the eggs
and beat until smooth.
Separately mix flour and baking powder. Pour in the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour the milk, stir well.
Add the raisins.
Put the dough in a greased form. Bake at 200 C.
