Ingredients!
Water bring to a boil. Add butter, salt to taste.
Then, gradually add the flour, stirring constantly batter.
Let the dough cool down.
Add the eggs (4 PCs) one at a time and mix well.
On the tray lay a parchment, grease with butter. Put the dough balls. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then reduce to 170 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes until Golden brown.
To make the dressing.
Mix: crab sticks, pickled cucumber, garlic, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise.
Pulling the buns from the oven, allow them to cool down. Then make a small incision and stuff the filling. Bon Appеtit!!!
