Ingredients

Beets

Pumpkin seeds
2 ст. л.

Garlic

Black pepper

Vegetable oil
3 ст. л.
Cooking
Boiled beets clean.
Curd RUB through a sieve. Add sunflower seeds, sour cream, garlic and mix well.
Prepare the filling. Mix together the oil, salt and pepper.
Beets cut into slices. Put on a circle of cheese, then another beet, cheese again and so on. Finish the beets. Pour the dressing and decorate with parsley. Bon appetit!
