Cooking
You can use any fruit. They should finely chop. I had pears, apples, tangerine and nectarine.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add orange juice, vegetable oil, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix it all together.
Sliced fruit, add to batter and stir.
I have a silicone form. I moisten with water and then pour the batter.
Bake 60 min. at t-re 180 degrees.
