The ingredients for pretzels. From this quantity of ingredients is obtained 14 pretzels.
Butter to melt on low heat.
Add sugar (1,5) tbsp.
In a separate bowl, combine soda and flour.
Add to melted butter sour cream (2 tbsp.)
Add a tablespoon of honey.
Mix until well blended.
Add one egg.
Gradually, portions add the appropriate amount of flour (1 Cup).
Divide the dough into equal parts. To form the pretzels. Of this number the test I got 14 PCs.
