Cooking
In a salad bowl shred the cabbage, lightly prisolit, mix well. Add sliced into thin ribbons pepper, chili slice in its sole discretion. Add sausage and cucumbers, cut into ribbons.
The lettuce mix gently with two forks, add garlic powder.
For the sauce-dressing mix cheese (grate the cheese on a small grater), soy sauce, mayonnaise, olive oil. Beat.
The salad sauce, mix gently, add chopped parsley, mix well. Let stand the salad for 10 minutes, check for salt and pungency of the pepper.
