Cooking
These are the basic products that we need.
Start to make profiteroles. To do this in a bowl, combine water, oil, salt. Put it on the stove and bring to a boil.
Once the mixture is boiling, reduce the fire and add the sifted flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula until then, until a homogeneous ball, which is well separated from the walls. Allow to cool a little.
When the dough cool slightly, add eggs one at a time, i.e. one added and well mixed, then second added and mixed, and so all the eggs. The result is a tender dough.
Grate cheese and add to the batter and stir.
Using the teaspoons forming small balls.
Spread the balls on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Put in oven to bake at t=200 for 25-30min. The oven do not open! I got 2 baking trays. I baked in two rounds.
Here they are work, light and very tasty. Inside each I put the pickle.
Now for the cream. In a bowl, combine the crab sticks, cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise.
All this mass of mix with a blender.
Make a paper cone and insert it into the neck 3-liter cans for ease of formation of the tree.
Profiteroles one by one lubricated with cream and stacked in a cone.
The tops of the profiteroles look at the paper, and the bottoms in the center of the cone. Void promazyvayut cream.
Here's a blank out. Make it to the balcony, she grabbed.
The next day I cut the paper and the top is slightly missed with mayonnaise that had a better (to stick) our ornaments on the tree.
So I “hung” Christmas toys on the Christmas tree. I made them from pieces of pepper and cranberries, and needles from the sprigs of dill. You can decorate the tree to your taste.
Here's a beautiful forest it turns out. Can be cut into pieces, as did I, and you can disassemble it for profiteroles as a snack.
