Cooking
Cut the meat into cubes and fry with onions (I'm doing in a small saucepan), season with salt and pepper. Pour water to slightly cover the meat, add the pepper and boil 30 minutes.
Potatoes cut into cubes and lightly fry in a skillet.
When the meat stew, to shift it to the potatoes and simmer until tender.
In the end, add finely chopped pickles and tomato paste. All together, saute for 5 minutes. Serve with greens.
