Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into thin strips,season with salt and pepper,add the crushed garlic and finely chopped onion. Leave to marinate an hour or 2.
From yogurt,soda,eggs and flour knead the dough as for pancakes.
The carrots and potatoes to grate and put in the dough.
There add the marinated fillets.
Knead well. Salt.
Fry like pancakes.
