Cooking
Marinade in yogurt, pour in the olive oil, grated lemon zest, grated garlic, dry oregano, salt and pepper. Add the juice of half a lemon and chopped parsley.
Mix well.
Chicken leg quarters well wash, dry paper towel. Put in the marinade.
Transfer to a plastic bag. Leave for 1-1.5 hours.
Remove from package, place in a baking dish.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 180 ° C until Golden brown. Bon appetit!
