to clean,boil until half-cooked and cut potatoes,put it in a baking dish+chopped onion
grate the carrots and mix with stuffing and seasoning,put on top of potatoes

put into the microwave on convection mode with t 220 gr.for 20 minutes, when the dish is ready,sprinkle with grated cheese and 2-3 minutes to melt cheese...
