Interesting and tasty roll! Classic combination of products in a new interpretation! Suitable for family dinner and for the holiday table!

To prepare foods - potatoes, carrots and beets to boil and peel.
Gelatin dissolved in 100 ml of water.
On a coarse grater grate the carrots,
Potatoes,
Cucumber
And beets.
Gelatin mix with the mayonnaise, divide into 3 parts and add in the potatoes, carrots and beets. If beets are juicy something a little less mayonnaise and potatoes - more.
On plastic wrap spread layers: beets, top with 1/2 cheese,
- potatoes and 1/2 of the cheese
- carrots and cheese.
The last layer is the cucumber. It should be good to squeeze that excess fluid does not interfere.
Gently roll with film. And in the fridge for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight! To get and cut! Bon appetit!!!
