Description
Delicious lush rolls of dough and minced meat. Are prepared easily and quickly, and eaten even faster. Stuffing if you wish, you can replace 3 with store-bought meatballs.

Cooking
Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Add the eggs, salt, baking soda, slaked with vinegar, flour and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough, top spread thin layer of meat.
Collapse all in the roll, cut into small pieces.
Fry both sides in sunflower oil under the hood.
