Take thawed crab sticks.
Make the batter: mix eggs and flour, grated cheese, spices (salt, black pepper) and add milk or water, knead until the consistency of thick cream.
Take a pan and pour oil, heated it and dipped our crab sticks in batter and put in a well-heated oil and fry until Golden brown on both sides.
Spread on a plate and serve. Very tasty when a little cool. Bon appetit!!!
