Description
Pies is always fragrant and delicious, but don't always have time for a yeast dough. Offer to cook delicious pies with apples on a shortcrust cheese pastry.

Cooking
Mix cottage cheese, soft margarine, sugar, salt. Add the egg.
Add flour and soda - knead dough. Divide it into 10 pieces.
To prepare the filling, melt the butter, add the sugar and chopped apples. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Then add raisins and cinnamon. Prepared Apple filling for pies allow to cool.
A piece of dough a little roll out, spread the Apple filling and form the pie. Put the patties on a baking tray lined with baking paper, in several places pinned the pies with a fork. Grease pies with egg or butter and bake at 200 degrees 30-40 minutes.
