The remains of buckwheat.
Small zucchini.
Grind cereal in a blender.
Zucchini to RUB on a grater.
To the mix porridge+zucchini drive raw eggs.
Add salt, spices and flour.
Intensively stirred with a spoon until smooth. The dough should be as pancakes.
The sausage slice.
In a pan heat oil and spoon oddly, in the middle of each piece of sausage. For the opposers of sausage misleading: the filling can be mushroom, cheese ... be creative!
Cover the pudding with another layer of dough.
Fry on both sides.
Eat with sour cream and enjoy!!!
