Whisk the butter and sugar.
One by one add the egg yolks, stirring well every. Add the brandy, starch and flour. Mix everything.
Whisk the whites, put in the dough and all mix well (better to interfere in one way).

Mix the chocolate dough. Spread in a greased form, put it into the preheated oven and bake 45-50 minutes at 180*C).
