Cooking
Berries, water, jam, salt - bring to a boil and cook for 10 mins on medium heat. Whisk in a blender (a few berries to postpone and cut in half).
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar for 5 minutes. The milk is heated to evasion. 1/3 milk injected into the egg-sugar mixture, then add to remaining milk and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add to berry weight, cool. Add the lemon juice. Pour into a form and cold at night.
