Description
Potato salad, sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers. A sort of salad without the beets. Prepared in minutes. Just boil the potatoes. Salad or side dish or a separate dish. Good in any capacity.

Dill
1/2 пуч.
Cooking
Previously boiled potatoes cut into cubes, not granulate. Cucumbers cut is not very finely. Onions-half-rings. Put vegetables in a salad bowl.
Sauerkraut gently squeeze and add to the salad. Chopped dill to send the same.
Sunflower oil mixed with mustard.
Season the salad with oil with the mustard, season with pepper, mix well.
