The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user bronny called "Apple Pancakes" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

The recipe for the apples to bake, but since my oven was busy, I bake apples in the microwave. Cut the apples in half, cut out the middle, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, pour 3 tablespoons of water, cover with a lid and 5 minutes in the microwave. Take out, let cool and RUB through a sieve.
For the dough half the norm of flour mixed with warm milk, and yeast, put in a warm place. When Opara rises, add the apples, melted butter, remaining flour and eggs.
Whisk all bred cream and bake pancakes on greased griddle. For the filling I used the same apples. Apple peel, cut and fry in butter. At the end add 2 tsp of brandy and sprinkle with sugar.
Wrap stuffing in pancakes and happy to try))
