Wash tomatoes, dry, horizontal cut a few tomatoes with two sides for stability flowers. Using a knife, cut each tomato in two flower-baskets, cutting the tomato for the equator teeth. Ready-made flowers to clear of sunflower seeds and a knife to remove some parts to make baskets.
To make the filling: Carrot (peeled from the skin), apples (peeled cored) and cheese to RUB on a large grater. Add the chopped garlic and mayonnaise, all to mix well,
The filling is formed from small balls, put them in the center of each flower, sprinkle a small amount of chopped dill.
