Ingredients

Tomato juice

Cream
1 стак.

Olive oil
1 ст. л.

Black pepper
Cooking
Cucumber peel and seeds, cut into arbitrarily.
Onion and garlic finely chop.
Tomatoes(pre-clearing of the peel) slice.
Sauté all vegetables in olive oil.(10 minutes)
Add the cream, juice.
and grind in a blender.
Return the soup on the fire, season with salt and pepper, a little warm up and serve.
