Fish cut into large pieces, salt, pepper, season and leave for 20 minutes
Chop the onion, carrots finely, potatoes cubes. Onions and carrots saute in butter, I added more to it the paprika powder, I love it
On the bottom of the pot be sure to put a piece of butter.
Put in a pot the fish, dill, potatoes, onions, carrots, salt, pepper to taste, pour hot water in level with the potatoes and put in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes
After 20 minutes, take out the pots and check the on the readiness of the fish and chips. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put still for 10 minutes. The finished pots I take a picture did not. Too smelled and wanted to eat :))) Bon APPETIT!
