Fish pickle
I want to introduce you to the country variant of pickle, which is delicious, and the cooking will spend no more than half an hour. The name was given by the husband of my friend. Figure used from the "Mistral", the gas station from "Maggie", but I cooked.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1500 мл

  • Canned fish

  • Greens

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. While the water is boiling peel and dice the potatoes.

In boiling water put the rice. Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and cook until half past.

Open canned fish. Disassemble from the bones (it is possible not to do that. Bone soft) and add to the pot. Bring to a boil.

Greens to wash. Grind. Add to the pot of dressing for the pickle. Cook for 2 minutes. Add greenery. Cook for another three minutes. Pickle is ready to stand on the edge of the plate for 5 minutes.
