Mix the eggs, sugar, milk, salt, vanilla and vegetable oil (I whip it with a mixer). Add flour (the dough should be liquid). Beat well. Leave the dough 20 minutes to rest.
When your dough, bake thin pancakes (the thinner the tastier it will be) I bake with crepes.

now we take our pancakes, put and sprinkle with sugar (who he loves, sweet tooth - more)
then turn the pancake into a tube, as tightly as possible
and cut the tube in the middle. And so done with all the pancakes.
The finished tube is tightly put in a deep form or, as in my case, in a saucepan.
melt the butter
and pour it over our pancakes
to close the form with foil and place in a preheated 150 deg. the oven, for 25-30 min.
