Cooking
Mix the flour, grated cheese, salt, curry and butter - knead the dough quickly. Roll out, adding a little flour, cut the cookies, lay on a sheet (I always use baking paper, does not grease the sheet).
Poppy and sesame mix. Cookies brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with a mixture of poppy and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 170* oven for 20 minutes, the cookies will rise a bit and slightly browned.
The amount of salt depends on the saltiness of the cheese. For me it was normal, and son of salt is not enough. For him I cookies still on top a little salt sprinkled. Try it!
