"There is a bull shakes, sighs on the move..." our chops will be 2 different barrel, so I remembered this nursery rhyme. As for the flavor: original, unusual, and at the same time - traditionally a VERY... like MEN! Try for yourself, decide for yourself...

Products.
From eggs, milk and flour, beat the dough (as for pancakes).
Chops season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard (1st side).
Dip in the batter of this "mustard" side.
Pan with oil heat and put the chops down test.
For "hot men" on top of grease, too, with mustard, sprinkle cheese on top.
After a couple of minutes to pour the batter.
After a few minutes to flip.
And more green!!! And admiring glances of Your men!!!
