Cooking
All vegetables, arugula and strawberries wash clean; cut the tomatoes into big pieces, add the arugula.
Add green pepper, cut into thin half-rings and avocado, cut into large chunks; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add the mozzarella, cut into oblong strips and greens.
Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and Tabasco.
Add sliced strawberries and optional - balsamic vinegar or sauce. Bon appetit!!!
