Cooking
Beat eggs white with sugar, add melted margarine, sour cream, salt and soda.
Add flour. Knead the dough slightly weaker than the noodles.
Dough sculpt sausages and pass them through a meat grinder (large holes), cutting small pieces.
The pieces give form to the flower (Bud), spread on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees until Golden brown.
