I love these sauces! One based on sour cream with wasabi, the other based on butter and lemon juice. They are simple, delicious and really suitable for almost everything: potatoes, spaghetti, ravioli, etc...

Cooking
Spicy sour cream sauce: Mix sour cream with wasabi and
mix well.
Add soy sauce,
add chopped greens, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Ready! Submit to the dish.
To make lemon butter sauce: Take butter and
to melt it. Pepper.
Add the lemon juice and
the soy sauce. To try the salt, if needed, more salt.
Add the greens and stir. Pour the sauce dish!
