These muffins are very fond of, because it's quick, you can do with different fillings, they are delicious, with a crispy crust and soft texture inside. Try it and you!

Cooking
Whisk eggs with sugar foam, then add all the other ingredients.
The dough (it turns out watery) put in greased tins and bake in a pre heated oven at T 200gr. approximately 20 minutes Muffins rise very well.
You can optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze. Bon appetit!!!
