Aubergine bake in the oven (180°C 30-40 min)
clean, cut into strips and add salt
grate the cheese finely, tomatoes and eggs cut into slices, garlic finely, raisins macerate, dry.
On dish put the eggplant, garlic and raisins,
tomatoes, eggs,
mayonnaise, cheese and nuts, drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
