Autumn is not only harvest time, but also harvesting shrubs on which the crop is growing :-) Very often, most of these bushes (zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers) remain the ovaries that like and throw a pity and it seems they will do it. Ingredients

My vegetables and clean them from their flowers (they can be marinated separately) and the remnants of the tails. Clean the onion. The tomatoes and pierce holes with a toothpick, so as not cracked. Sort the vegetables by size ;-)
