Potatoes peel and cut random slices + rice (washed) to load in a saucepan, bring to boil and reduce the heat. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil.
Add this segarock and allow to cook for another 5 minutes...
Now add in the soup of the protagonist - the chopped sorrel and remove from heat... take a raw egg and small portions of the input in the soup. Ready!!
Eat with sour cream. The soup nice and cold
