Fried falafel with buckwheat
Delicious, crisp, juicy and healthy dish

Ingredients

  • Pita

Lean Foundation: Onions cut into small cubes

Mushrooms finely chop. I have the mushrooms cooked and frozen to Fry with onions.

Buckwheat "Mistral" to boil (see directions on package) Add the onion to the roasting. Simmer for 5 minutes.
