Delicious sweet pretzels with cinnamon scent! A wonderful addition to tea!!!
Ingredients

Flour

Margarine

Sour cream
4 ст. л.

Salt
1/4 ч. л.

Soda
1/4 ч. л.

Honey
1 ч. л.

Cinnamon
0,5 ч. л.
Cooking
Mix flour with soda.
Mix the egg, sour cream, sugar and salt. Stir with a whisk.
Add the softened butter. Add this mixture to the flour.
Add the honey and knead the dough. You may need a little more flour.
Divide the dough into balls about the size of a walnut.
Roll out the ball into a bundle to form the pretzels.
So.
To coat the pretzels with an egg, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake the pretzels in a preheated 200°C oven until Golden brown.
