Description
I love to cook potatoes with meatballs in the oven because meat dish and side dish ready at the same time. This great time-saver.
Ingredients

Potatoes

Minced meat

Salt
1 ч. л.

Black pepper
1 ч. л.

Soy sauce
3 ст. л.

Parsley
1 пуч.

Dill
1 пуч.

Cooking
New potatoes washed and cleaned.
Made punctures and poured soy sauce Kikkoman
Minced meat ( I mixed pork+beef) salt and pepper, added chopped onions.
Roll of minced meatballs.
Lay on a dish for baking in a circle of potatoes in the centre of the meatballs. Close foil and place in oven. Bake at 180 gr. 40 min.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with herbs.
