Snack of chicken breast and pineapple in the form of balls with a crunchy shell. An interesting and original dish for the holiday table.

Cooking
Boiled chicken breast cut into cubes. Add the soy sauce and stir.
Eggs cut into cubes and add to the meat. Mix well.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Added to the total weight of the mix.
Pineapple cut into cubes. Add to total weight. Mix well. Add the green onions. Add salt to taste. Add the mayonnaise, mix well.
Cracker chop. From the salad to form balls and roll them in powdered cracker. Ready balls are put on a dish and served to the table.
