Description
Another marinade for chicken, the result is a meat, like a kebab.
Ingredients

Tomato juice

Mayonnaise
3 ст. л.

Soy sauce
1 ст. л.

Seasoning
2 ст. л.

Bay leaf

Onion

Cooking
Cut the chicken into serving pieces, washed and dried.
Add to the chicken seasoning, salt, Bay leaf, coarsely chopped onion and garlic. Mix well.
Prepare the marinade: mix the tomato juice, mayonnaise, soy sauce and a little sugar.
Pour the marinade the chicken, mix and set overnight in the fridge.
Cooking chicken in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
The meat is spicy, soft pink color and onions are just delicious! Bon appetit!
