Cooking
Prepare all ingredients - cabbage, carrots, spices.
In a three-liter sterile jar to put spices: garlic, pepper, Bay leaf.
Cabbage cut into large pieces, carrots - who-like. All put in a jar to the brim. In a jar on top of cabbage, pour 2 spoons of salt and 1 tbsp sugar.
All pour boiling water, add 1 teaspoon 70% of vinegar. Roll up and under the coat. And now winter cold evening, but with potatoes.. mmmm... delicious!!!
