Take buns.
To cut verhushechku. This will be our "cap". Cut out the middle (the crumb). Finely chopped fillet. Put in a bun. Beat the egg with sour cream, pepper, salt. Pour the fillets. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Stuffing can take any...but especially delicious with fillet. Checked.
