Steamed vegetables add a spoon of sunflower oil, vinegar and salt, and stir for another 2-3 minutes to hold on low heat. Hot caviar to fill prepared hot jars on 1.5-2 cm below the top of the neck. Cover with lids, place in a bowl to sterilize and keep in boiling water for 30-50 minutes depending on the size of the jars (I kept 30 minutes as the jar is small).
